What is Combat Conditioning?
Combat Conditioning is a systematic program designed to get you faster, stronger and more explosive. Whether you compete in mixed martial arts, boxing, football, soccer, tennis or any sport; combat conditioning training will give you an edge and allow you to compete at peak performance.

Who should do Combat Conditioning?
Anyone! All exercises used in our Combat Conditioning class are both progressive and regressive – that is, all exercises can be advanced to achieve the goals of even the most advanced athlete, or regressed to address the limitations of even the most de-conditioned out of shape human being. We specifically design our classes for any age, strength, or ability so that students may go at their own pace and increase the intensity and challenge of workouts as needed.
Whether your sport is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Wrestling or MMA, our Conditioning class will build (or add to) your fitness base by increasing endurance, strength and flexibility, thereby reducing risk of injury.
Speed, Strength & Agility
Work with our trainers as they put you through intense strength training, bungee workouts, agility ladder drills, tire training, polymetrics, plyometric, interval training, circuit training, functional body weight management, and a host of other unique methods that will help you blow past the competition and achieve your goals. Our Sports Performance Training is delivered through our Conditioning classes as well as specialized sessions not on our regular class schedule for HFS competition team members. HFS also offers specific Youth Sports Performance classes, designed for teens and younger athletes.
